Welcome!

This is the web site for Ealing Croquet Club - one of the treasures of the London Borough of Ealing.  During the season (Easter to October) the club meets twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays) at its lawns in Lammas Park. 

The ECC has a friendly atmosphere, and welcomes anybody who has an interest in learning and playing the great game of croquet, whether they're young or old, beginner or expert.

Ealing reach quarter-final of Longman Cup

Ealing continued this season's unbeaten run with a convincing 5-2 win over Letchworth to reach the quarter-final of the national handicap competition. As a result of their game wins, David Wedmore and Roger Mayhew earned handicap reductions to 12. Suzanne Clarke, now playing off 11, won her morning game but snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in the afternoon. She lost by 2 with both her clips on the peg.

Ealing reach final of Secretary's Shield

Ealing cruised to a comfortable home win over Canterbury to reach the final of the competition for winners of regional leagues. Ealing were 2-1 down at lunchtime, but everyone managed to win in the afternoon, giving a 5-2 win.
